For within Egypt shipping, you may always check and try our product while the courier awaits you for 5-10 minutes. In case you no longer wish to have the product, you may return it immediately to the courier and only pay the shipping fees assigned.
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply follow these steps for a refund or exchange:
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- On sale period, any item ordered at a discounted price can not be exchanged or refunded.
- For non sale items, Exchanges/Returns are permitted within 7 days of your purchase.

- Only Locally shipped orders are subject to Exchange or Refund (No refund/exchange on international orders)
